Very small bug: wrong file-extension

Hi,

I’m playing around to makeshift my Makera Carvera Air to be used as a dragknife.

I’ve set my machine information so that the file-extension will be .nc

But when saving my export it suggests .gcode

Looks like my preferred file extention is ignored.

Is there a variable I can use to set the cut-depth entered in the knife-settings?:

I have G1 Z-0.1 static now, but would be nice to have somethine like G1 Z{variable}

Which version of K:M are you using?

Version 4.3.2 I believe that is de temp dev build…

The file extension works for me in 4.3.2. Can you provde a workspace?

Ah, yeah, I tried it in CNC mode. In drag mode it does indeed seem that the file extension is hardcoded and ignores the field in the machine configuration.

Ok, I found out that the 0.5mm offset my knives have is too small to turn the mass of the spindle… so I got a REAL dragknife, dragging backwards over the vynil :slight_smile:
