Version 4.3 CAM cannot save new taper tools

Using the latest version (4.3) I cannot save any new taper tool bits.

Repro steps:

  1. Settings
  2. Tools
  3. Click the + to add a new tool
  4. Select Taper from the dropdown list
  5. Click Save

Nothing happens. Save is still clickable but does nothing.
