The “step over” values are called a percentage in the tool tip, but they’re not – they’re just simple fractions. It kind of makes me twitch, every time I see it. 
More tooltip issues:
- The tooltip for the machine “width” and “depth” values says “millimeters”. Should be “workspace units”, I believe.
- The tooltips for all of the entries on the “gcode” side of the machine setup say “gcode footer script”.
And, while I’m here: I believe the sign on the Y-axis ruler is inverted – should be positive going away from the viewer on startup.
