Second contour operation rotates 90° relative to model orientation

In the attached workspace, adding a second contour operation causes the toolpath to rotate 90° relative to the model, even though the model is correctly aligned to the global axes. Each contour operation works correctly when used alone, but when both are enabled simultaneously, one of them is generated with an incorrect orientation.

Details:
• The model is axis‑aligned and unrotated.
• A single contour operation (either X‑side or Y‑side) produces a correct toolpath.
• When both contour operations are enabled, the second one is rotated 90° and no longer follows the model geometry.

I’m using prodution version 4.6.2

I did a work-around by exporting the 2 contours in 2 files.

I guessed so, hope it was not anything bad, glad to see you active again :slight_smile:
I had a nother bug I didn’t report yet that partly destroyed my model.
There was a lot wrong with contour, but area is about the same but way better (only thing I miss there is a way to filter/limit the path, didn’t need that yet though). I suspect that you will be removing contour all together or am I wrong?
