I cannot get this to rough out the four corner holes using Just a 1/4 inch endmill. It should be able to rough out the holes.
are those exactly 1/4" – if so, that would normally be handled by the drilling operation. offset faces that exactly match a tool diameter will cancel out. except in this case they are sem-circles and so not detected by the drilling operation. if you extend the corner hole down a millimeter, it will be detected by the drill operation. alternatively, the outline operation has a dogbones checkbox that will produce these for you on inside corners.
