it’s there but hidden due to some overly clever code. there are two checkboxes that are mutually exclusive and somehow both are enabled so neither are showing. will push an update today that fixes it.

Not seeing any improvement but perhaps I misunderstand if it is fixed yet
I restarted my computer just in case it was a resident memory issue
it was a (new) units conversion bug. switching the workspace to mm fixed it. I also pushed a fix to the dev server. attached is a modified workspace using pocket instead. it cuts cleaner and only goes up and over once for each discrete area.

I set the Lug aside…however had to go back to 4.4.1 for this Rough operation
BAD ROUGH 4.5.kmz (809.4 KB)
It is following the drill program which worked.
it looks like a rendering issue since the output gcode has the cutout. investigating now.
The Preview and Animate was all I looked at…..what beautiful features…..I no longer cut scrap tests
found and fixed and pushed a new build to the dev server
checked it with this file….it only went to the bottom of the .032 (-.82mm) part…..I had called out a step down of .040” in the Rough operation and in the limit section there is a z thru of .02”
again only looking at the Animation
I hope what I am doing is positive on your end.

yes, very helpful. still knee deep in muck. there are things like z-thru that are still on my todo list to re-implement with the new path code.
the .04 step down perhaps should have taken it to -1.016mm ? I think it is correct in 4.4.1 ….least wise I just cut the parts using that result and worked well and did cut below the bottom of the part into the spoil board
just checked 4.4.1 goes down to z-1.32 …..Not sure how that works out
oops that’s .82 and .5 mm or bottom of the sheet and .02 z-thru (.5mm) so the .04 step down is limited by the z thru…..duh
