Hi Stewart – The two screen shots show an errant path during outlining, that results in a chunk of the part being trimmed off that shouldn’t be. Interestingly, it doesn’t happen if I remove the tabs.

thanks. working on it now. devilish. sometimes rotating the part or deleting / re-adding a tab fixes it
