Look at the image and workspace. The tool paths leaves material. Part route reveal this oversight. Same happens if selecting inside outline

the rendered path is the center of the endmill. the “gap” is the radius of the tool. if you run animate, you will see this cuts out a tab of the correct size.
@stewart I didn’t explain properly.
IThe tab thickness is specified at 1/32" Z. It routed out at 1/4" Z thick. There should be three paths, one at -1/4" Z, one at -7/32" Z, and one at 1/2" + a small amount to make sure it cuts the perimeter out.
ah, right. tab height is currently not re-cut separately. this is on the todo list.
