Odd Flow Behavior

Having just recently started to try using Kiri:Moto as a slicer, I’m working on calibrating the filament flow and I’m running into an odd issue I’ve never seen before.

When measuring the walls of the test print, the right side (if you’re facing the nozzle) under-extrudes by about 17%. The left side and “top” of the print extrude at 0.6mm, but the right side prints at just shy of 0.5mm.

Has anyone seen anything like this before in their prints?

KM doesn’t do anything fancy with flow calculations, leaving that up to the firmware (pressure advance, etc). It simple computes the volume for the extrusion length (given nozzle diameter and line width) and puts that as the E value for a segment. I’m at a loss to explain your observed behavior.
