Hello again, I downloaded a zip file off of Thingiverse and wanted to print all the pieces in it and it will not put any infill in no matter what percent it is. I am assuming it is an issue with a file and needs to use a boolean but I am not sure how I could do it with me not owning the file and me only having access to OnShape. Thanks in advance. Hi Hunter. This is a very thin part. It looks to be about 1mm thick. That’s a challenging wall to print with a 0.4mm nozzle. For a detailed print like this, an ideal nozzle size would be 0.25mm so you can get in two shells. The other option is to customize the printer and tell KM that the nozzle size is 0.5mm – this will slice with the walls touching. You can go up to 0.6mm with a 0.4mm nozzle.
