does not select all matching holes not a new problem just with this part it is a lot of holes.

With this workspace, some holes have a diameter of 3.261mm, and some have a diameter 3.172
Your tool has a diameter of 3.276mm, and only some of the holes are within tolerance.
fixing your models to have uniform hole size should fix the problems

Thanks….for next part changed drill dia. in Kiri…. could have 2 drill operation one for each diameter if that was necessary…probably easier than changing the model.
