Large Scale Laser Slicing - Multiple DXFs

Howdy, straight to the point I’m making an object whose slices won’t all fit onto my Snapmaker’s cutting bed (400mm x 400mm).

The object itself fits the bounds as it’s ~300x300 in area, but when I slice it into ~16 layers obviously I can only cut 1 layer at a time. This is fine, but unfortunately grid.space insists on outputting a single, giant DXF. I’m coming from Slicer for Fusion 360 and it outputs multiple DXFs but it has its own shortcomings.

Am I missing something or is there no way to kick out 1 DXF per layer? No optimization needed, just that 1 feature as-is.

At the moment, there is no way to have it generate separate layer output. but it’s a good feature request.

Just found Kiri Moto tonight from a post in Lightburn forum. Amazing job, Stewart!
I hope to be able to make some use of it once I figure it out some more.
