Hi All,

Really enjoying KiriMoto. I was testing out a knife handle design in foam. Not bad so far, needs a finer overlap to give a better result in wood. Hope to show you the wooden version as well. I messed up the material thickness. Hence the large border on the split line.It cleaned up well with light sanding. Uses a 3mm ball nose for everything for convenience. The dimples on the side are where the side rivets would be.

Looks good! Did you consider contouring in both X and Y?

I set one side contouring in X and the other with Y as a comparison. Both sides cleaned up well. Probably better to contour in the direction of the wood grain now I think about it… :thinking:
