Inverted Z Axis in CNC?

Hi all, first time using Kiri:Moto for my Carvera Air CNC.

I am trying to do a index cut, and in Kiri:Moto it looks fine, but when I export the .nc file into CarveraController all of the Z Axis’s are inverted, so instead of cutting into the block, it is cutting away from the block?
I followed this video which seemed relatively simply: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C8f6DTV1rUQ

Am I missing something obvious?

Thanks for your help!

getting the zero of the machine to match the cad zero is a possible issue…it might help to post your .kmz file

when you switch to index mode, is the origin top disabled? that will put origin on the Y axis which I think the Air expects.

That fixed it, thank you Stewart!

Setting Origin Centre rather than Origin Top made it work, now time to try it on the machine!
