I saw this behavior in previous routings. It is lifting the bit moving over then doing the next adjacent cut. Why is it not just shifting over a fraction of the tool diameter?

It looks like a bug with Z anchoring. Setting the anchor to top works as expected. Middle and bottom do not account for the top offset difference which creates the life. Seems like an easy fix.
