Even with ease down the tool still plunges

I enabled “ease down” in KM but I still see plunges happening. Ex:

G1Z-2.9633F200
G1Y-36.6000F2000
G0Y36.6000
G1Z-3.9477F200

Any ideas? Workspace export sent by email.

Update: Now using the pocket operation, but still with ease down enabled, there are again plunges. Ex:

… and later:

ease down is still missing some cases. a large refactor is in need to capture all of them.
