What I saw was the 1/4" bit did not cut the wood on the fillet. It cut it about 1/4" away from the fillet. I think the path lines show this.
the lines show the path of the center of the end mill which is accurate. because curves only is checked, it’s only cutting the radius and not the flat faces. contouring does not do purely vertical faces. that’s for outline, rough, and trace operations

I did a test CNC run and it cuts properly with a 1/4" bit. The simulation result is the issue.

I found the problem. In your workspace, the tool # was shared between two endmills (both 1/4 and 1/8 were set to 1
), which confused the animation engine. When I changed either to be unique, the render was correct.
