Cannot get wide cutout to work

Hi all, I am having an issue on CAM under outline. Wide cutout seems not to be working this past week which causes my contour to run onto deep sides. I tried an older version with no success. Should I wipe my history maybe?

I tried to work around it with pocket expand but that also didn’t seem to work the way I imagined it may. Probably because the geometry is not and actual pocket. Thanks in advance

Ok, sorted. It seems it only works when “outside only” is selected.

correct. outside only causes it to use the part’s base shadowline vs waterline. all stuff I need to doc better. you can’t wide cutout the waterline. that wouldn’t really make sense.
