# Security context error

Can’t get past this issue; “the security context of this window prevents animation”. I am not seeing any current reports on how to resolve this issue. This only came up for me in the last 10 days. I have tried all of the suggested fixes including using Chrome, clearing the browser history and restarting without success on windows and MAC. Is anyone else having the same issue.

This is a relatively new issue at the intersection of Chrome origin trials and Onshape security policy. Discussed in [this recent thread](https://forum.grid.space/t/animate-acting-up/2993) if you want more detail.
