# Kiri:moto fails to load on windows in the downloaed app

Hello, I know this issues has occurred before, but the windows app was working fine until I loaded a large STL with many facets and during splicing the app has failed. I have uninstalled, cleared registry etc and reinstalled - but still does not load. I don’t want to use the browser version - what has suddenly occurred? I have tried older versions as well - same result. I have installed 4.6.2 on another windows machine with exactly same win 11 version and it works fine. Any suggestion to get 4.6.2 to work again on the windows app?

the way the app works uses a shared storage / config space. so reinstalling doesn’t clear that. i need to research how to clear it. sorry.
